Blades can by putting a few drops of Mineral oil on a microfiber cloth and wiping the blade in the same direction as the finish. 

For the Handle, it is dependent on the handle material. Always use a microfiber blade to both clean and dry.

1. Loosen all the handles
2. Loosen pivot screw
3. Open blades to 30 degrees
4. Push the blade to the side it needs to move toward
5. Tighten handles screws
6. Tighten pivot fully, but not too tight
7. Close blade
8. Loosen pivot until centered
9. Test Action

We do not offer spa treatments at this time, however if you feel there are any issues with your knife that are not answered by the FAQs, please submit your request here with pictures or videos of the issue and we will be happy to assist you.

If there is an issue with the knife submit our online form to let us know the issue. Pictures or a short video will help us understand the problem.

 Most of the time, we can give some direction on how to fix the issues easily.

If the issue persists, we will let you know to send it in. One of our expert technicians can go over it and see what is needed.

If it is a manufacturer defect (within the first year of the first purchase), we will cover the cost of repairs or send you a new knife if it is unrepairable.

If the issue was caused by the user, we will assess the knife, and let you know what will be fixed. Typical cost for repairs is between $25-$50 plus shipping depending on the severity of the issue.

If for any reason you would like to return your product, please use this link within 30 days of receipt of your purchase to initiate the return. 

Customers will pay for return shipping costs. Returns will be accepted for products that are in like new condition, refunds will be issued after inspection.

Once your items are received and inspected we will issue a refund, which can take up to 5-7 business days.

We’ve recently encountered instances where USPS does not scan all packages at the origin hub. As a result, the tracking status may remain as "Label Created" until the package reaches the delivery destination, at which point it updates to "Out for Delivery."

Please note we are trying to move towards a more transparent model that allows you to see and track your package more accuratley.
