Warranty and Returns

Warranty Policy 


Vero Engineering is committed to producing durable designs with quality materials that are meant to last a lifetime! All products are personally inspected before they are shipped to ensure there are no defects present, however, if you receive any product with a defect we are happy to repair it for you if possible, or replace it with a model of equal value within two years of the run date when the product was shipped to the customer. If you do not have the authenticity card, we can tell you the run date when you submit the form. We are happy to honor the two year warranty, even for those who are not the original owner! The warranty also applies for products that were sold by one of our retailers. We appreciate everyone who loves our knives and tools, and we want you to be happy with your product as well! 


Please note, products that have suffered clear misuse or abuse are not covered by warranty. Scratches, dings, bent clips, and other normal wear and tear is not covered by warranty. Modifications or repairs made by any other company may void the warranty. 


If you have a product with defects please use the ‘contact us’ link, and explain the issue. We will reach back with any questions or image requests. Once we confirm the warranty status, we will send you a shipping label for you to send us the product. 


Product replacement dates will depend on stock availability. We will be in touch with you about the product options within 24-48 hours of approving your warranty and replacement. 


Returns 


If for any reason you would like to return your product, please use the ‘contact us’ link within 30 days of receipt of your purchase to initiate the return. Once approved, we will send you a shipping label for you to return the product for a full refund. Customers will pay for return shipping costs. Returns will be accepted for products that are in like new condition.  


Refunds will be processed to the credit card that was used to make the purchase once the products have been received. If we need more information from you to process a refund, we will contact you. 


If you bought one of our products from one of our valued retailers, please reach out to them about their returns policy. 


Cancellations 


You may cancel your order or preorder at any time as long as the order has not shipped. After your order has shipped, please follow the returns policy instructions. 



We want you to be happy with your knives, tools, and all of our products! If we can assist in making that happen, please be in touch!
